Time “Live” Captioning makes programs accessible to everyone. It
allows people to read the text as the words are spoken.

Real-time captions
are white letters with a black background which typically scroll up to 3
lines (the top line of the 3 lines disappears as a new bottom line is
added). Live captioning is provided at time of program origination. Applications –Lectures
& presentations, corporate meetings, special events, school classes,
Web-casts, video teleconferences, satellite broadcasts, Live t.v.
broadcasts. Real Time Live Captioning can augment and supplement sign-
language interpreting (each method addresses groups of people with
