use of PC with Min. 56 K modem. It provides an excellent, easy to use and
flexible method of communication to many people at the same time or not
(synchronous or asynchronous communication). Maximum number of potential
sites available and largest potential audience. Can be made available
relatively inexpensively and can be interactive (using chat room, “Black
Board”) The cost is variable- based upon time, complexity & media
used . This method saves travel time and expense and is most flexible- no
need for specialized equipment or technical support.
